Padres lose to Giants 8-6; Tatis hits 40th home run

The Padres comeback attempt fell short, as they had the winning run at the plate in the bottom of the 9th in Fernando Tatis Jr. after trailing 8-1. Tatis hit his 40th homer of the season earlier in the game, becoming just the 5th Padres player ever to do so. After the game, Jayce Tingler and Fernando Tatis discussed the milestone.
