San Diego State lost to #14 Utah 35-7 on Saturday night, as the Aztecs' offense struggled mightily. After a scoreless 1st quarter, the Utes exploded for 21 points in the 2nd quarter. QB Kyle Crum threw a costly interception early in the 3rd quarter, as Utah piled on with 2 more touchdowns. SDSU's passing game was non-existent, as 3 quarterbacks combined to go 7-21 for 60 passing yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception. The Aztecs are now 0-2 against FBS opponents, losing by a combined score of 73-27 to Arizona and Utah. San Diego State's lone win this season came against FCS team Idaho State. The Aztecs' next game will be against Toledo next Saturday at 12:30.
