You never know what kind of crowd you'll run into during a late-night Whataburger run. More often than not though, everyone will be clothed.
Unfortunately that was not the case at a Whataburger in Bryan, where the police department responded to several calls of a naked man running around the parking lot close to midnight Tuesday, May 30th.
When they approached 40-year-old Erich McIntosh, he admitted to officers that he recently smoked PCP by dipping 2.5 grams in a cigarette.
We thought he got naked just because the taquitos were too, dang good.
According to MySanAntonio.com, McIntosh was arrested and booked on charges of Disorderly Conduct- Exposure, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2.
He was transported to the Brazos County Detention Center where he is currently being held on a $8,325 bond.
