An Upstate medical doctor has been accused of knowingly and unlawfully signing blank prescriptions.
According to Spartanburg County detention records, Starling was booked into jail Sunday morning then released that afternoon.
The South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation says Starling is a licensed medical doctor in the state.
