Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office have arrested 21 year-old, Mark
Tyler Anderson in connection with the shooting that occurred late Monday evening at 1 Cedar Brook Court, in Greenville.
Investigators learned that Anderson and the victim were familiar with each other and Anderson was visiting thevictim’s residence when the shooting occurred.
While the circumstances surrounding the shooting are still underinvestigation, investigators do believe the shooting was drug-related.
The victim remains in the hospital for treatment of his injuries and Anderson, who was arrested Wednesday afternoon, is currently in the Greenville County Detention Center on no bond for Attempted Murder and Possession of a Weapon during a Violent Crime.
