One Spartanburg man died after a stabbing incident on May 20th.
Spartanburg police were called to 110 Tiger Paw Court about a disturbance with a weapon.
Witnesses said the victim and another man were wrestling when the victim was stabbed.
Someone on scene was applying pressure to a large laceration to back of the victim's left leg.
The victim, identified as Charles Chadwick Conyers 49, was transported by EMS to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center where he later died.
Major Art Littlejohn with the Spartanburg Police Department reports they are not seeking a suspect.
No charges have been filed and authorities do not expect a threat to the public.
All parties in the incident have been identified and interviewed.
The investigation was ongoing.
