The South Carolina Peach Festival is in full swing after kicking off on Thursday night.
The festival has been held in July, peak peach season, since its establishment in 1977.
Favorite events include road races, the mud bog, pageants, music and more.
The festival continues through Sunday night, ending with a worship service in Downtown Gaffney.
