During the Tax Free Holiday Weekend, August 2-4, 2019, back-to-school supplies* will be exempt from SC's 6% sales tax.
Items include school supplies, bed & bath, clothing & accessories and computer & technology.
South Carolina began the back-to-school tax free holiday in 2000... saving families $2-3 million dollars during the weekend.
