Another arrest has been made following a murder in the Upstate, late last month. The Abbeville County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrest of 33 year old, Joshua Leon Lusk on charges of Murder and a Weapons Violation.
Those charges stem from an incident the night of August 29th, when Deputies responded to a possible domestic dispute on Lusk Drive in Abbeville County. Upon arrival, they found a man on the ground suffering from injuries to his head and face.
The victim, later identified as 50 year old Kenji Claud Kilgor of Abbeville, was pronounced dead at the scene. 33 year old, Benjamin Lee Lusk was the first person charged with Kilgore's murder, just days after the incident. Joshua Lusk was arrested Thursday and is currently being held in the Abbeville County Jail.
