The same courthouse in Western North Carolina has been shut down due to bomb threats twice in less than two weeks. The latest incident at the McDowell County Courthouse happened, Monday morning.
The building was evacuated after a bomb threat was made. The courthouse was searched and was then reopened to the public. It's the 2nd such incident in McDowell County over a 10 day span.
