POLL: Do you think schools should be free to decide on their own whether to institute a mask mandate?

The ACLU is suing South Carolina over the state's ban on school mask mandates. The organization filed a lawsuit Tuesday, arguing that the ban violates federal disability rights law by discriminating against children with health conditions such as asthma or a weakened immune system. They claim the ban forces parents "to choose between their child's education and their child's health and safety".
