The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division reported February 19, 2025, 32 year old Nicholas Cain Posey was arrested and charged February 12, 2025.
A warrant said he knowingly had sex with a 17 year old student at a high school between October 1-31, 2023.
Posey, no longer a SRO, was booked into the Anderson County Detention Center. His case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General's Office.
