The State officials say another case of measles has been confirmed in the Upstate. In July, the State Department of Public Health confirmed two cases of measles.
Those two cases were said to be connected to each other. The latest case is not associated with the July cases. In the newest case officials said the person is unvaccinated.
The person had recently traveled internationally to a country with an ongoing measles outbreak.
