The Upstate has had yet another fatal crash involving a pedestrian. Master Trooper Mitchell Ridgeway of the South Carolina Highway Patrol says that a pedestrian was hit and killed around 7 AM Monday.

The collision happened on Prince Perry Road in Pickens County just half a mile north of Easley. The Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was in the roadway and was hit by a Toyota SUV that was traveling northbound on Prince Perry Road. The pedestrian died at the scene and the identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
