Are you surprised it is this cold before Thanksgiving?

A cold front moved into the Upstate and Western North Carolina, Sunday evening. On Monday some school districts in the Mountains adjusted their schedules due to winter weather and snow flurries were also reported in parts of the Upstate. In the last couple years, the Upstate has had snow just one time. Generally, temperatures and winter weather in the area are reserved for December and January.
