A weekend shooting in Cherokee County left one person dead. Cherokee County Coroner Dennis Fowler says, a Cowpens man was shot and killed after an argument around 7:45 Sunday morning, at the Phillips Mobile Home Park in Gaffney.
The victim, 42 year old Mark Kevin Brukler II was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing, no arrests have been announced in the case. An autopsy is set to be performed on the victim Monday.
