Three people were injured Tuesday morning during a stabbing incident at an Upstate store. The Greenville Police Department responded to a reported disturbance at the 2nd and Charles Bookstore on Laurens Road.
When officers arrived they found three people that had been stabbed. Police located the suspect 30 year old Tyler Anthony Burris, but he ran from the store and was taken into custody following a brief chase.
Burris is charged with three counts of attempted murder and resisting arrest with a deadly weapon.
