An arrest has been made after a deadly shooting at an Upstate construction site. As we previously reported, County Deputies and the Coroner's Office responded to a shooting on Tillman Court off of Highway 81 in Anderson, Monday morning.
Officials have now announced the arrest of 29 year old, Deshod Shamar Oliver. The Sheriff's Office says Oliver and the victim both worked together for the same cabinet building company and were working at a newly constructed house there.
Other construction workers told Investigators they heard a gunshot but they also said they didn't hear any argument between the two men.
The victim's identity has not been released, as of the time of this report. Oliver is charged with murder and a weapons violation.
