An arrest has been made after a deadly shooting in Greenville, earlier this month. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded March 9th to the area of Columbia Avenue and Sumter Street. Upon arrival, a man was found dead in the roadway.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office identified the deceased as 28 year old, William Rafael Viloria-Paredes. The Sheriff's Office says 37 year old, Jose Martin Argueta has been arrested and is charged with murder and a weapons violation.
Investigators say that the two men were involved drug-related activity and a fight ensued between them, which led to the shooting. Argueta is being held without bond in Greenville County.
