A Spartanburg woman is charged with setting fire to an apartment Saturday Night. Firefighters responding to the alarm on Landis Park Lane called sheriff's deputies just before 10:00 PM Saturday , say a woman they believed had started the fire was leaving the scene. Deputies stopped an SUV leaving the driveway and ordered a woman they say matched the description of the suspect out of the passenger seat.

Their report says 47-year-old Kimberly Hardin was arrested when she refused to cooperate and started shouting at them. She faces arraignment for arson. No injuries are reported from the fire. There's no word on a motive at this point.
