The SCHP reports a bicyclist has died in Pickens County after being struck by a small SUV. Master Trooper Brandon Bolt reports a bicyclist was struck by the driver of a 2014 Honda CRV on Breazeale Road about a mile north of Liberty. The name of the victim has been released. That collision remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
