Apparently there is no sacred ground when it comes to burglary, not even a house or worship. Four Members of the Williamston Church Of Christ have reported that their vehicles were burglarized while in the parking lot, Sunday afternoon.
The Williamston Police Depart says the incidents happened between 4-5 PM, while church was in service. Multiple credit and debit cards were reportedly taken in addition to cell phones, a purse, a wallet and cash.
Police are reminding the public to always lock their vehicles, even at church. The incidents remain under investigation, anyone with info is asked to contact the Williamston PD.
