Nearly 6 months after the death of an Upstate teenager with special needs, his cause of death has been revealed.
As we previously reported, 16 year old Skyler Blizzard was pronounced dead at Greenville Memorial Hospital, April 29th. He had been transported there from Springbrook Autism Behavioral Health Center in Travelers Rest after experiencing shortness of breath.
His death was investigated by SLED and the Greenville County Coroner's Office.
Pneumonia has now been determined as the cause and Blizzard's death has been ruled as natural.
