An investigation is underway after a deputy involved shooting in the Upstate.
Lt. Ryan Flood from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the Greenville Inn and Suites on South Pleasantburg Drive, that's where the deputy involved shooting took place.
Notice of the incident was sent out just before 3PM, all deputies are said to be okay. There's been no further details released, as of the time of this report. We plan to have more on this story as new details emerge
