Did you go over budget during Christmas?

Christmas is a bright and happy time of year, it's also a costly time of year. The Christmas Holiday is the most shopped for and that results in it being the most expensive holiday. Some people Christmas shop throughout the year to avoid spending a larger chunk all at one time. Others, have "Christmas Clubs" which are accounts in which you put money in during the year to use as your Christmas budget. Every year, I set a budget and generally I stay within that budget, but as time goes on that has become increasingly difficult. What about you? Did you go over budget this Christmas?
