Does Ageism go on in your workplace?

Some job market experts have reported that ageism or age discrimination is increasingly going on in workplaces around America. Data says, older workers are 14% less likely to get high marks on performance evaluations. One job market experts said, that is at least in part to performance evaluations being subjective, which opens the door for age related bias.
