An Upstate Sheriff's Office is looking for answers after a dog was fatally shot. Spartanburg County Deputies responded to a home on Bobcat Lane in Spartanburg, Tuesday.
Upon arrival, the owner told them she had returned home from work and her dog was missing. She later found the dog dead in the roadway near her home. Investigators say the dog was shot in the face.
The area was canvassed, as investigators searched for video footage of the incident and shell casings.
