A suspect driver is facing charges after hitting a construction worker. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to assist the Chesnee Police Department after a flagman on a road crew was hit around 9AM, Wednesday.
The driver, 54 year old Stacy Robbins was arrested and charged with Felony DUI with great bodily injury. Robbins was told police she did not see the flagman.
The worker was taken to a hospital to be treated. There's been no update on their condition.
