The body of an elderly man was pulled out of the water at an Upstate lake, Tuesday morning. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office responded after the man drowned in Lake Lyman.
The man has been identified as 88 year old, Grady Leon Johnson of Inman. Officials say Johnson was fishing at Lake Lyman and his time of death is estimated to be sometime in the 8AM hour.
Johnson's death being investigated by the Spartanburg County Coroner's Office and the South Carolina DNR.
