An elderly man is dead after an Upstate house fire, Friday afternoon. The Pickens County Coroner's Office responded to a home on Hamburg Road in Easley.
A man who died from the fire was found at the home. He's been identified as 95 year old, William Elree Bowens. The cause of the fire is under investigation and no further details have been released, as of the time of this report.
