A Spartanburg County Councilman has resigned after an arrest this weekend. District 5 Council member Bob Walker was arrested Friday on charges of Third Degree Domestic Violence.
Walker was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention and released on bond. Walker resigned from Council Saturday, citing health reasons, claiming he has been diagnosed with dementia.
