The investigation continues after a deadly house fire in North Georgia, Monday evening. Officials in Hart County responded to a home there around 5:30PM, after witnesses reported hearing an explosion. When responders arrived, the home had already been overwhelmed by the blaze.
After fire crews got the fire put out, they found one person dead inside the home. Both local officials and the Georgia State Fire Marshal's Office are investigating the incident. The cause of the blaze has not yet been determined and the identity of the deceased has not been released, as of this time.
