A fatal collision on I-85 in Greenville early Friday afternoon.
Master trooper Brandon Bolt with the SCHP reported the collision occurred near the I-385 interchange on I-85 southbound.
A Honda minivan and a tractor trailer were traveling south on I-85 when a motorcycle merging onto I-85 from I-385 struck the side of the vehicle.
The minivan then struck the tractor trailer, causing a collision that resulted in the motorcycle rider being ejected from his vehicle and being reported dead on scene.
The two occupants of the minivan were injured and transported to a nearby hospital, but no further information was provided regarding the tractor trailer.
