Five people are facing drug charges after the search of a home in Western North Carolina. The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office says, they investigated multiple cases involving a residence located on Lavista Circle in Forest City.
Throughout the investigation, investigators continued to receive numerous complaints and tips from members of the community regarding suspected drug activity.
A search of the home uncovered half an ounce of fentanyl, just over a gram of meth and drug paraphernalia. The group of suspects arrested include Donald Kampa, Julie Glynn, James Phillips, and Stanley Weeks.
The group face charges ranging from trafficking fentanyl, possession of meth, maintaining a dwelling for drug activity.
