Five people are facing charges in relation to a burglary investigation and subsequent traffic stop in Oconee County.
The Sheriff's Office says 40 year old, Allison Danell Barrineau was arrested early Sunday morning during a traffic stop in the Mountain Rest Community.
She was taken in on warrants for 1st degree burglary, grand larceny, and a weapons violation. The warrants stemmed from a burglary at a home on Longcreek Highway near Westminster, June 3rd.
69 year old, Allen Dean McElroy was also arrested in the stop, he's charged with obstruction of justice. He reportedly knew about Barrineau's warrants. 61 year old, Johnny Albert Roach is charged with 1st degree, grand larceny and a weapons violations.
Three others have been arrested in connection to the burglary. 35 year old, Catherine Arizona Chasteen and 38 year old Aaron Jacob Chasteen are charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent.
