A former college and pro football coach is still looking for a win but this time in it's in the political realm.
Former Tennessee Vols Head Coach Derek Dooley has announced his plans to run for a U.S. Senate seat from Georgia. His father Vince was the longtime Head Coach of the Georgia Bulldogs.
Derek Dooley is being endorsed by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, who was college roommates at Georgia with his brother Daniel Dooley. This is Derek Dooley's first ever run for political office.
Dooley spent years coaching in college and the NFL. He spent time coaching at Alabama, Missouri, Louisiana Tech and in the NFL with the Cowboys and Giants.
