Four teenagers are being held at the State Department of Juvenile Justice charged with a November 14th murder a Rock Hill police officer called "an execution."

Homicide Detective Eric Olsen testified at Tuesday's arraignment hearing that the four teens lured 38 year old Larry Ingram, Jr, into a hallway of his apartment building by kicking and throwing things at his door, then shot him in the back when he came out.
Police say three of youngsters - ages fourteen and fifteen, are charged with the murder, all four with conspiring to commit it. Prosecutors say they were infuriated when Ingram, who's related to two of them, took away their laptops because of the things they were posting on Instagram.
They were all arrested hours after the shooting. The weapon, a Glock handgun, was found wrapped in clothing in woods near the apartment complex.
The judge ordered all four to remain in custody until their trial.
Prosecutors have requested the court try the three teens as adults. The fourth suspect is expected to have a court detention hearing in the coming days.
