A suspect who was wanted on charges from Spartanburg County and was captured several states away, has now been extradited back to the Upstate. 19 year old, Almalik Geter is now behind bars in Spartanburg County after he was transported back from New Jersey.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says Geter was booked there around 9:15 Thursday night. He faces charges of 2nd Degree Domestic Violence, Destroying a Monitoring Device and Escape.

Geter was arrested in Newark, New Jersey last week while fleeing those charges. Geter has a documented criminal history, as he's been arrested by the Sheriff's Office in Spartanburg County 8 times in the last two years.
