A fugitive from out of state is in now in custody in Western North Carolina. The Henderson County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshals conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle occupying a fugitive, Tuesday.
24 year old Tyler Moreland was wanted in Florida on multiple weapons charges in connection to a shooting there. During the traffic stop both Moreland and a woman identified as 33 year old, Jannelise Jusino were both taken into custody.
A search of the vehicle uncovered two hand guns. Moreland now faces conspiracy and other charges in North Carolina. Jusino is charged with conspiracy and a weapons violation.
