A woman has drowned while swimming in Lake Hartwell this weekend. The Stephens County Coroner's office says law enforcement was called just after 5PM Saturday, about a woman who gone missing while swimming on the Georgia side of Lake Hartwell.
Dive teams found her body around 8:30PM. The victim has been identified as 31 year old Chelsea Cole of Madison County, Georgia.
