The Greenville County EMS is now facing a lawsuit after the death of a teenager, last year.
As we previously reported, 17 year old Kamel Sewell died after a crash between a forklift and a go-kart at Frankie's Fun Park in Greenville, this past December.
The suit claims EMS personnel took photos of Sewell's body at the scene and shared them publicly. Since the incident Greenville County fired four employees and disciplined three supervisors.
Kamel's mother has filed a lawsuit claiming gross negligence and intentionally inflicted emotional distress. Sewell's mother is seeking compensation for the pain and suffering, court costs and other damages.
