An Upstate man is facing child sex crime charges. The Travelers Rest Police Department says 43 year old, Richard Donald Fortner Jr. of Greenville was arrested over the weekend.
He's charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old. No details in the case have been released, as of the time of this report. Fortner is being held without bond in Greenville County.
