An 'almost-final' draft of the new City-of-Greenville Development Code is now online, and a last-chance-to-change it public hearing is scheduled for May 15th.
It's something like a report on the progress of the process: You might recall -- you surely will if you were there -- the March 15th City Hall meeting where the Planning Commission was expected to reveal the final version of long-anticipated document intended to govern the city's growth and development for the foreseeable future. But it wasn't quite ready for adoption then.
The almost-final draft is available at greenvillesc.gov You can also register online in advance to speak at the hearing. The signup sheet is at https://publicinput.com/e8073.
The hearing begins at 4:00 PM Monday, May 15th, at the Prisma Health Welcome Center at Unity Park. No registration is necessary to attend.
