at bomb threat shutdown 85 in Greenville County for hours as local and state authorities investigated. Alhendi's bond was initially denied due to an ICE detainer and concerns over his immigration status. He entered the U.S. legally in 2018 on a spouse visa, but authorities believe the marriage was a sham.
Alhendi had his request for bond denied again, Thursday afternoon.
An immigration hearing to determine his deportation status is scheduled for 2026.
