Christmas is coming, and Ice on Main is officially here!
Today the City of Greenville hosted the opening of the 10th season United Community Bank Ice of Main.

Some modifications have been made to ensure safety against the novel coronavirus.
According to a release, there will be a limited capacity of skaters per skating session and face coverings will be required. Hand-sanitizing station will be available throughout the rink area and employees will frequently disinfect high touch surfaces.

Tara Eaker, Events Administrator for the City of Greenville, said it has been challenging to take precautions for all Greenville events, but this one is slightly easier to control since only a certain amount of people can be allowed on the ice at one time.
