Illegal Sibling Operation Busted in Spartanburg

An illegal family business operating out of a Spartanburg County home got busted Tuesday.

The Narcotics Unit of the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant on a Fairview Church Road home Tuesday, inside 665 grams of Methamphetamine, 29 grams of Fentanyl, Cocaine, Marijuana, and an AR style rifle was found.

21 year old Reginaya Ashante Rice and her brother, 29 year old Jaquan Odarrin Brewton were arrested for Trafficking.

Rice has already been released from jail and is on home detention. Brewton, who took ownership of the illegal lot, according to the Sheriff's Office, has been charged with multiple trafficking and possession charges. He was denied bond during a formal hearing Wednesday due to the severity of his charges.
