The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after responding to a reported shooting victim at the Valero Convenience store on Valley Falls Rd just before 9:30 Thursday night.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the arm. Deputies have not yet determined where the shooting took place not the identity of a suspect.
