One person is dead and an investigation is ongoing after a weekend shooting in Oconee County. Around 5:30AM Sunday, The Oconee County Coroner's Office responded to a home on Snead Road near Walhalla.
A man was found dead from gun shot wounds, upon arrival. The Coroner's Office has identified as 24 year old, Brandon Alvardo-Gaspar. The shooting remains under investigation.
No arrests have been announced and no further details have been released, as of the time of this report.
