The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is investigating an apartment-complex shooting incident. Deputies were called to the Quail Pointe Apartments on Blackstock Road shortly after 9:30 Tuesday night.
Two arrests have been made, both of minors, following the fatal shooting incident.
Authorities originally responded to a shooting just after 9:30 Tuesday night. The victim, identified as 24-year-old Jaqwaun Tamar Mills, was found in a parking lot outside one of the buildings.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office said witnesses assisted in identifying and finding the two minors that were arrested in connection to the shooting.
Both suspects are being held at the Department of Juvenile Justice in Columbia on charges of murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and grand larceny.
Authorities are still searching for a third minor in connection to the fatal shooting.
