Greer Police are hoping for help from the public in their investigation of a fatal shooting Tuesday night. A call to 9-1-1- shortly after 8:30, reported "a disturbance" around Turner and Lorla Streets.
A second call came in while police were on their way saying there had been gunfire in the same area. The victim was dead when they got there. Identity has not been released, and so far neither has any information on a suspect nor what led to the shooting.
